Kinetic Internet: Kinetic cannot guarantee specific upload/download speeds, uninterrupted service, or error-free service. Speed availability, capabilities, and provisioning vary depending on network and terrain conditions, congestion, Wi-Fi use, number of concurrent users, device limitations, and customer location. Speeds ≥25 Mbps are provisioned in a range; Kinetic will provision the fastest speed within that range but it may be less than the maximum.

Equipment: Monthly equipment fees may apply. Kinetic-provided modems support in-home Wi-Fi; actual device speeds may be lower than advertised. Modem equipment must be returned upon termination; a $100 fee may apply if not returned.

Whole Home Wi-Fi Set Up: Utilizes the Kinetic Gateway (modem), Wi-Fi extenders (as needed), and Wi-Fi capable devices to connect to the home’s network. The standard rate for Kinetic Wi-Fi Gateway is $10.99/month. Fiber & DSL customers may receive up to 2 Kinetic Wi-Fi Extenders for $10.00/month if not included in service plan; each additional extender is $5.00/month if not included.
